Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If your package has been returned to the post office due to lack of an adult signature, there will be no refund and no replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, your item when received must be tainted and inedible. Submit proof (photograph) of the tainted product to our email address: sales@natchezgarlicsausages.com. Or show proof that the product was never received. All shipments require an adult signature as proof of receipt.
